what happens with the content.xml file

each step.
1. Store the .war file outside of your host's appBase
(http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/config/host.html)
2. Create a probe.xml or adminapps#probe.xml file that defines the
docBase for this context
(http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-5.5-doc/config/context.html)
3. Place the .xml file in the
$CATALINA_HOME/conf/[enginename]/[hostname]/ directory
