[SETUP] - Using Unix Users and Groups for Trac Authentication

Since we're bandying around various solutions:
I wrote a mod_python auth handler that uses either PAM or MailMan to
authenticate people.
That allows my mailman people to automatically be authenticated in trac. ^_^
Warning: This is really crappy code at the moment...it evolved as I
learned PAM, but it does work and the PAM rules hinder dictionary
attacks like it would via SSH or SSL Telnet:
