KWorld ATSC110

Is there anyone making progress on the Kworld ATSC110 support?

I would like to help out if possible but don't know how to go about 
this. Should one request information from the manufacture for schematics 
and technical support?

I do know that this board has the latest saa7135 chip which has some new 
features above the 7134. Is anyone planning any support for the Dolby 
digital?
