Hi,
I'm trying to set up my Winfast DTV1000T card on linux. I have got the
card itself working, but haven't had any success with the remote. I have
read that the Winfast 2000XP card has remote support
(http://www.linuxtv.org/v4lwiki/index.php/Remote_controllers), and I
believe that the 1000T uses the same coolcommand remote.
I've tried ir-kbd-gpio and ir-kbd-i2c without any success, I don't think
they pick up my card.
I'm currently running kernel 2.6.15. Does the newer kernel fix this issue?
If not, can anyone provide any pointers about how to start trying to add
the code to the kernel source? Its a cx88 card, and I believe that the
remote uses gpio, although I'm not certain.
Regards,
Joe.
