v4lpatch - problem

hi,
I've a ENJOY TV card on mandriva 2006, and I've a problem with the tuner 
:  I don't see not even a channel. I've applied a v4lpatch by diego 
ercolani, posted by him on this mailing list, but the problem remains.
With dmesg I've this out :

if I try to change the card number (21) with 84 (the right) with 
modprobe -r saa7134 and then  modprobe -v saa7134 card=84, the number 
does not change, remains 21.
With lspci -v  :

I see that my out  does not have the device number, necessary in order 
to load the correct drivers.What I can do?
