Hi Arthur,

If you are disappointed at the actual GUI for the radio applications, 
I'd suggest picking up your GUI toolkit and taking a look at the code in 
one of the available radio applications (gui or non gui) Most, if not 
all, are GPL'd. See how they use the ioctl's and do the same, but inside 
your app.
