saa7134 radio doesn't work

You probably work on the RDS implementation for saa7134.
You need some radio for it :)

That one is still a little bit odd and also causes the above 400MHz TV
frequency upon tuner initialization. After that a radio app should
work.

When you previously used a TV app and quit with a low channel tuned in,
you get only noise on the radio, because the charge of the tuning system
is not sufficient.
