TvTime Compilation

Dear Sandipan,

The command u need to type is 

./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc


The other prefix " ~/tvtime-1.0$" is nothing but command prompt..
Probably one who has made the documentataion has indiacted his command
prompt as this.. So follow all the commands in a similar manner and u'll
have it..
