xc3028 build fails ..

Just finishing all discussions about xc3028, I've applied a patch at
v4l-dvb master tree yesterday that seems to satisfy both sides of the
history, keeping xc3028 on master, but stopping affecting patch
submitting to kernel because of xc stuff. As xc3028 currently have some
troubles, we will keep it only at Mercurial tree until we can find a
better implementation for it at tuner.ko module. I hope we can implement
a good support in order do include it for kernel 2.6.17, so we have
about 4-6 weeks. I hope I could receive one device with this tuner to
start working on it.

As some of you might noticed, now we are starting to make a wise usage
of the newer Mercurial tree, so now we have a master v4l tree (always at
the top of http://linuxtv.org/hg page) and one or more trees with
different owners for their internal work.

We are reserving master tree for stable development stuff.
