Mauro-
The in-kernel build is still broken. You can test this using "make
kernel-links" to symlink the repo code into your kernel source, and
then build your kernel.
Please see the topmost message in this thread to see the error that
Manu got when building in-kernel.
Please pull from:
http://linuxtv.org/hg/~mkrufky/v4l-dvb
I put the fix into my tree that ACTUALLY removes xc3028 from the
in-kernel build. xc3028 is still enabled in the local build. We can
add xc3028 back into the kernel build when ready.
In addition to the build fix, I've added the following patches:
- Michael Krufky: fix in-kernel build
- Michael Krufky: bt8xx documentation fix
- Adrian Bunk: drivers/media/dvb/frontends/mt312.c: cleanups
- Alexey Dobriyan: at76c651: don't do generic __ilog2 on mips
...About that last patch, at76c651 has already been removed from the
kernel, but we still have it in our tree. We might as well keep it
updated.
Regards,
Michael
