regspy files for AVerMedia A169

Hi,
here's a try to get some more info on the AVerMedia A169.
I had so much problem with Windows (Totally unstable) so this is the
best I could do...
Files with Radio in the name is for radio setup the others is only
tuner... I couldn't get S-video and composite working until windows
totally blew itself...
