Simultaneous Multi-channel analog video capture card v4l2 recommendation

Hi,
I recently purchased a Hauppauge ImpactVCB PCI card with the hopes that it
could capture from all of the cards analog inputs simultaneous. The card
only has one ADC so I have to switch channels in order to capture each
analog input which in return impacts performance and fps. I need a PCI or
USB capture card that has multiple analog video inputs+ADC's that can
capture video simultaneuosly without doing any channel switch etc. Does
anyone have any recommendations for a card of this type? I'll be doing all
my recording from the cameras using using mencoder (mencoder -tv
device=/dev/video0, mencoder -tv device=/dev/video1 etc.) on a mini-itx VIA
board so performance might be an issue. However I can work that issue out
later, but for now I just need a card that supports real simultaneous
capturing from multiple analog inputs that works well with the v4l2 driver
or maybe even IVTV. 30fps with at least 640x480 would be nice.
Thanks!
