That's because the Platinum range uses card=54. Or do you have a Platinum Mini 
(notebook internal card?).

If your card isn't being autodetected, please let us know its PCI subsystem 
ID. Post the relevant snippet from your dmesg output, please - and write down 
its brand and product name.
