getting sound out of an saa7134 pcmcia card

Flo, Brian,
I am struggling already for over a year to get sound out of my pcmci
medion7134 TV capture card;
So I am eager to try saa7134-alsa and saa7134-oss, but where can I find these
(preferable as Debian) packages?
