support status for Hauppauge Win-TV PVR 150 MCE (Low profile)?

So, it has a driver, but not a v4l interface? I want to use it with the OpenCV
library, which just opens /dev/video0....it sounds like this won't work?
Anybody have a recommendation for a low profile PCI card that accepts S-Video
and produces /dev/video0 V4L output with in-kernel support?
