USB mpeg2/4 NTSC capture device.

I am looking for a USB mpeg2/4 NTSC capture device. 

It will primarily be used with MythTV. The two devices I am looking at are:
Plextor ConvertX PX-TV402U  and Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2. Any suggestions 
about which one I should go with? Also any other suggestions?
