Looking for a basic V4L2 example

Hey guys,

I hope that someone can help me as I am currently getting myself more and
more confused. 

I am looking for a very basic c++ example that will connect to a V4L2 webcam
and capture a frame. I am basically looking to write a class which I can use
to create a new Webcam object. This class needs to contain 2 functions - one
which will grab a frame from the camera, and the second which returns this
frame as a series of pixel values.
