PATCH cx88-mpeg: cx8802_restart_queue() for blackbird

Jelle,
This patch becamed "Lost In PatchSpace"(tm).
I've just applied, but, after that, I noticed that you missed your
signature at the end :) May you send it to me in order for me to fix
when submiting to mainstream?
