Need help getting the AVerMedia DVB-T 777 working

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the 777 working on my system; I'd really appreciate some pointers.

Basic system is a fresh install of Fedora Core 4 with hg-v4l-dvb-e0cb38da4fe2 drivers built and installed, and nVidia driver for 6200 graphics card installed.

The saa7134 is loaded and recognises the 777, but I don't get any "tuner" line in dmesg, so in "tvtime" only composite1 and S-video available. Even this doesn't seem to work - tvtime does not show a picture when fed a composite signal (tvtime set for PAL as I'm in the UK).

So I'm not convinced I have all the right modules loaded correctly. In particular the MT352 module is not loaded. Even when it does get loaded (manual load of saa7134-dvb) still no tuner.

Thanks for any help
Andy
