Norwood PCI TV Tuner (non-pro) support

Nice work Peter. I'll have to go back and try my card again with your patch. I ran into trouble with the IR settings and managed to "turn off" the audio permanently when I tried to test the remote. Hopefully, I can turn the audio back on with your patch.

I used the Regspy program under Windows to look at the GPIO's. Under Windows, I found that gpio0 changes from 0x07f9 to 0x07f8 when the Windows WinTV program (supplied with the card) is closed. This effectively turns off the audio. Maybe if a vmux=3 setting was created with gpio0=bf60 this could be selected when the card is closed?

Some people have been asking for this, and I've been sitting on it for a
week although it's not perfect. In particular, the handling of the
GPIOs for the remote is unusual and to work fully it needs (I believe)
to also twiddle a bit in the GPIO to shut off audio when the device is
closed - as it is, audio remains running.

The tuner defintion I used seems to suggest it's for a PAL tuner,
although it's an NTSC card, having been bought in the US for $20 at
CompUSA.

This is my first kernel patch in rather a long time and hacking drivers
isn't my favourite kind of development, so be nice.

Enjoy.
