video-buf: physically contiguous buffers

It would be interesting to have an example of its usage at kernel. The
best place is at vivi.c code (it is an example code), that emulates a
real device. Currently, it relies at scatter/gather info to fill the
videobuf (in a very non-optimized way, but just works fine and serves as
a demonstration on how to use it). This will also allow me to test the
code before commiting.
