Hi Joe,

I can see from your tda1004x output, that your kernel doesn't have
the latest improvements from Hartmut on the tda10046 sensitivity.

This brought also for one of the other guys the same results, for me the
older stuff was already working except for one transponder.

Try the recent mercurial. Should be just make and make install and
unload all old modules with modprobe -r saa7134.
I have heard that in the UK certain transmitters are slightly below or
above the nominal frequency, could be another problem.
I'll have to look up the exact value again.
Did you create your own channels.conf with dvbscan?

If you enable gpio_tracking=1 for saa7134 you can see, which antenna
input is active. If gpio 21=0 it cable-tv input and if it is =1
(0x200000) it is FM/RF input, happens only after using radio on the
card. It comes back to 0 and cable-tv after using one of the analog
inputs like Television. You don't need the mute /abuse patch for
testing.

Good Luck,
Hermann
