Jose,
sorry, thought the reported 2.6.19 was a vanilla 2.6.16.
But no reason to worry.
Either just reinstall the distro kernel to get your old modules back
or try "yum install kernel-devel" and look if the v4l-dvb compiles
against this then to get the desired new modules.
