I have a Pent (at) Value (PentaValue) data-only satellite card
There are open-source Linux drivers for 2.4 kernels available at:
http://www.pentamedia.com/
The driver contains binary only object files (hw*.o), so it is not
open-source.

Despite there is some information for HDM8513:
http://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/65322/HYNIX/HDM8513.html
http://www.ortodoxism.ro/datasheets/hynix/HDM8515P.pdf
the card probably uses some proprietary chips as indicated by fpga
naming above.
You could ask pentamedia to release the missing driver modules as open
source,
so it would be possible to port this to newer kernels.
Would it be easy to either compile these for 2.6 kernel (autoconf doesn't
support 2.6) or force v4l to work with it?
On the card is a Samsung tuner (TBMU30112JM?) consisting:
Zarlink SL1925E
Mitel SP5769
Hynix HDM8513
Also on the card:
CONEXANT 25878-13
