bttv - No sound in mplayer

You should use latest mercurial for sure ;) All known-to-work patches
are always at latest hg.

It would be nice if you provide us a bttv-cards.c patch with the correct
audiomux stuff for your board. Btw, audiomux parameters have changed at
latest tree, due to Audio rerouting functions introduced at internal
V4L2 API. Basically, mute is now mapped as a separate var (gpiomute),
and some unused values were removed. Also, structure is now called
gpiomux as defined at bttv.h:

u32 gpiomux[4];  /* Tuner, Radio, external, internal */

Please provide us a good description for the board, including board
revision.
