Kworld PVR-TV 300U support request

I bought ($10 after rebate) a PVR-TV 300U Dongle USB2.0 TV.
I have taken it apart and have the chips used.
I also have some of the USB info.
Would anyone be interested in the info and assisting in driver work?
It uses the eMPIA USB Video Capture Device (UVCD) em2860.
