bttv tuner problem

Hi list,

while installing a pv951 tv-capture card I came across a problem that
probably has to do with the tuner. I can see all transmitted channels,
but only the lowest frequency (161.25 MHz) channel shows up correctly.
The picture for all higher-frequency channels is shaky in vertical
direction and shows noisy white-horizontal lines. Does anyone know what
causes this problem and how to correct it?

Thanks,

Joost

My setup: Ubuntu Dapper (kernel 2.6.15-20)
