Basic ideas seems ok to me. I'm in doubt if would be usefull to have a
VIDIOC_EXT_MENU also, or if VIDIOC_QUERYMENU should also return those
new stuff.

*If* this is used somewere, we may include a special handler at videodev
to handle such obsoleted stuff (like we have for VIDIOC_foo_OLD). IMHO,
what we should do is to remove the ioctls from public .h, keeping it
renamed as _OLD at an internal header, used only by videodev.c.
videodev.c may rename this call to several calls to the newer ioctls.
