bttv 2.6.16: wrong VBI_OFFSET?

Played around as well.. You won't like the measurements I took.
I set VBI_HDELAY=0, HSCALE=0, HDELAY=11 and captured with VIDEO_PALETTE_RAW.
After each frame I increased HSCALE. The samples from 0H to start of capture
are calculated by searching for the next line's 0H.

The pattern looks nice, but I don't think we can compensate for that.
