Which cards/drivers implement /dev/vout with VBI output?

Hello,

I would like to send VBI on a composite or S/VHS video output.

I understand from the V4L2 API this can be done on the /dev/vout but
only if the driver/card has this capability.

Could someone point me in the right direction?
