kworld mce 200 deluxe install

Hello,

I recently bought a Kworld MCE 200 Deluxe.  And, after several simple
attempts to get it working and searching the web for info, I stumbled
across this list.  I'm totally new to video capture in linux, and I'm
hoping to find someone who could help me get started.  I'm a devloper,
but I have no real experience working with hardware / drivers.  If
anyone would care to help, I'd be glad to start a conversation outside
the list.
