Wes,

You should take the latest mercurial snapshot. The support for this board was
added only a few weeks ago.
See http://linuxtv.org/v4lwiki/index.php/How_to_build_from_mercurial

I've done this with no luck. More specifically, most recently I've done this: 1. download the source 2. make 3. su - 4. make install 5. make reload (lots of errors) 6. make unload 7. modprobe cx88xx card=48 8. modprobe cx8800 (which still gives some errors in dmesg)

And, to test this I've been trying:
mplayer /dev/video0
mplayer /dev/video1
mplayer /dev/video2
mplayer /dev/video3

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Wes
