Hi Simon,
nothing heard from this one since a while.
It was quite popular here on the list once ;)
It uses an extra TEA5767HN silicon tuner for radio at 0x60,
which should be detected automagically, if Mauro's code for it is
included in your kernel. (tuner debug=1 -> "modinfo tuner")
This also caused that the TV tuner settled on the wrong address
occasionally and some other specific thing is that the card needs qss=0
on NTSC. This should be all automated, if in doubt try a current
mercurial snapshot and report again.
The recent Nvidia binary drivers also don't support what was formerly
called overlay preview anymore, which you still attempt to set.
Use the GNU/Linux driver or try to change in ~/.xawtv default from over
to grab or try like "xawtv -v 1 -nodga -remote -c /dev/video0" and for
example tvtime, xawtv4, mplayer should do too. (cx88xx also still has a
nicam=1 option in case of audio issues)
