it is not only firmware loading and use mercurial.

You force the wrong card. Let it be auto detected.
Should be more like card=45 ...

This goes wrong. At 0x96 should be tuner=54.
Unload those modules and try with mercurial and the right card again.

Todd Duffin, who tried on that sort of card at first (MCE200 PRO), said he prefers to have the composite and svideo
inputs enabled and audio at least from the soundcard for them.
On TV Mike seems to have the encoder working so far, but asked for ideas and testers to overcome some
remaining artifacts some weeks back. He fixed also the encoder input for NTSC with the global silicon tuner.
On the MCE200 Deluxe version the TUNER_TENA_9533_DI makes me wonder a little.
It has no TDA9887 and takeover differs from a FM1216ME MK3 I saw on some pictures.
