Here is what I found.

For NTSC a aqivalent tuner would be tuner=39,
but for the radio you might have more luck with tuner=69.

Please report and send a "dmesg" for the card.
It seems it is spooking since long and might need an entry in bttv-
cards.c. Did not look yet at the www.bttv-gallery.de
