kworld terminator radio tuner under v4l

Hi Mary!

Do you have at least noise/static on radio?

Latest fixes Hartmut checked in on 2006-10-07.

This will enable stereo and signal strength detection and this is a
prerequisite for auto tuning, still a bit slow, but functional.

You need a kernel 2.6.20 for it or a v4l-dvb snapshot from this day on.

The card has no eeprom and there are at least two variants currently
with known impact on the remote for the latest, but radio issues are not
known yet, except you use an old kernel.

You or Toney should provide a patch for this Kworld with the 3DYC NEC
separator. Seems there are models with and without radio support, yours
has none.
