v4l: saa7134 module

Hi,

Markus,
It tested the load submodule patch and the 2.6.20 om my systems
the kernels 2.6.17 and 2.6.18.
They work fine for me. I also modified my tuner callback stuff
according to the results of our discussion and pushed it to
my personal repository at
  http://linuxtv.org/hg/~hhackmann/v4l-dvb
You are of corse invited to have a look at it before i announce
it. I left your patches in, so they will go to mainstream when
i ask Mauro to pull (hopefully soon).
Please leave me a note if you wish that i remove them.
