Undetected card and audio question

Hello to the list, I've got a Terratec TValue card, that uses a bt878  
chip, it doesn't automatically get recognised from the system, I need  
to specify card=33 insmod option
here is the data:

Terratec TValue
card=33
subsystem id I think that is 15ff:11ff

This on a 2.6.20 kernel (ubuntu feisty fawn)

Also I have a problem with this card regarding audio, I'm not able to  
get the snd_bt87x audio module working, it gets loaded but I cannot  
hear nothing, works fine with an audio cable direct to the sound card  
(but this gaves me problems with mythtv)
I got another card, a dvb one, also based on bt878 that works out-of- 
the-box without any soundcard cable, is this an hardware problem or  
there is a way to get the terratec push sound through pci?
