Problems configuring a Kworld card

I just got a cheap Kworld analog pci card
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/118214 box says Global TV Terminator
lspci detects it as being a Philips saa7133/saa7135 video broadcast decoder

There are several of these available to base my fiddling around on but all
of them seem to be rev d1
So far all I get from the card on kdetv and xawtv is a black screen on
composite,svideo or television.
Is there any way I can track down exactly which card and tuner type I need
to use? Sticking it in a windows box maybe?
