Problem with PCTV 150e

Daniel was right with that, the em28xx just defaulted to the SECAM
only format which is corrected now. There's only an issue with the
saa7113h outstanding now.

If you don't insist on the 447MHz, try this patch:

--- em28xx-cards.c.orig	Mon Feb 26 23:35:26 2007
+++ em28xx-cards.c	Mon Feb 26 23:35:16 2007

 		.name = "Pinnacle PCTV USB 2",
 		.vchannels    = 3,
 		.norm         = V4L2_STD_PAL_BG,
-		.tuner_type   = TUNER_LG_PAL_NEW_TAPC,
+		.tuner_type   = TUNER_PHILIPS_FM1216ME_MK3,
 		.tda9887_conf = TDA9887_PRESENT,
 		.has_tuner    = 1,
 		.decoder      = EM28XX_SAA7113,
