Hmmm. Well I'm still having the problem and the question mark *is* showing up
as %3F. Here is a current example: (the other one went away when I rearranged
some things)

The page just says "Invalid article ID". I'm running Xar 1.0.1. For what it's
worth, it doesn't seem to matter if the question mark is in the middle of the
title or at the end. The following URL has the same problem:
http://xaraya.curtisfarnham.com/news/This_is_a_%3F_test.
Any ideas?
