At: E:\Websites\OurHomestead\html\modules\base\xaruserapi\dstadjust.php (Line: 
32)gmdate(): Windows does not support dates prior to midnight (00:00:00), 
January 1, 1970

Reproduceable: always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a new event to Julian and click submit.
OR
2. Click on any event

Expected results:
To view event in list or calendar (I don't know what the correct result should 
be because this error started from the first event added.
