if you have a dd upload field in an article, and you use the widget to browse
for and upload a file, then you save the article, that's when the uploading
begins... if it's a big file, an inexperienced user might not know that they
have to wait for it to execute, and that their browser is hanging because the
upload is in progress... it would be great if there was some visual cue, such as
a pop up window, or some kind of meter or message or something.  I'm thinking
the cost/benefit in terms of programming time might not be great, but if there's
some reasonably easy way to do it, then it would be a nice feature.
