[Bug 5183] titles in short urls: question mark not supported

I can confirm this (Xaraya 1.0.2, Apache 2.0.55-r1, PHP 4.4.0).

handling of short URLs, e.g. stripping off all other "marks" than letters, and 
also filter out non latin characters. 
 
See how eZ publish CMS handle this: From the title of the article (I can chose 
also additionaly "short title", which will be used for generating URL): 
 
Jak úÄ?inné je oÄ?kování? 
 
I get URL: http://site.com/something/something/jak_ucinne_je_ockovani 
 
Please notice that potentially problematical characters like ú,Ä?,é,í were 
replaced with simple latin equivalents. 
 
I would wish such URL system for Xaraya also - it is one of the features that 
make a CMS really usable.
