[Bug 5395] The import script for XForum fails to start and/or crashes later on

The XForum module is still popular with people using previous versions of
PostNuke. I really think it would be a good idea to have this import script
working, cause we might lose people that would want to migrate their sites to
Xaraya.
If anyone can give me some clues as to what needs to be fixed, maybe I can spend
sometime working on it, too.
