xarbb - Use Topic Edit Stamp cannot be deactivated

I think this just refers to the Topic edit stamp.

As the posts are contributed by the Comments module, those probably need to 
be adjusted there.  However there is one problem with this. All comments 
then are affected by the setting, not just xarbb. May not be a problem in 
your case.

Perhaps a feature request then might be to set the topic stamp in the 
comment (reply post) to the same value as in the xarbb Topic Edit stamp 
setting when the 'comment' is used by xarbb as a 'reply post'. The comment 
edit stamp setting might be able to be used there programatically.
