xarbb - Use Topic Edit Stamp cannot be deactivated

There are, and  I remember putting them there, but don't recall which 
version off hand.

Go as admin to Comments -> Modify Config ->  Use Comment Edit Stamp and set 
the setting you need there.

In xarBB it is made up of topics - supplied by the xarbb module itself.
The posts - replies to topics - are supplied by the comments module.

So if you set the Comment Edit Stamp settings to what you want in the 
Comments module, it should affect your xarbb posts.

The feature request I mentioned here is basically to try and 'link' these, 
so the user only needs to switch the setting in one place, in the xarbb 
module and this should affect both xarbb Topics and the reply posts (and not 
comments elsewhere on site, ideally. These comments elsewhere on site should 
be handled directly in the comments module).
