Test for Empty Category

I'm not entirely sure, but would the template be user-view.xt? That is the 
template that provides the category overviews, and so you should have arrays 
in there you can check. The user-summary-docs.xt template is a one-per-item 
template, and won't be called at all if there are no items being displayed 
(i..e if the user is in an empty categroy).
