Rev 2 of the Dual Span JCT Series (D480 JCT)

Does anyone have any information (specifically including you Intel-Dialogic employees) on the reason behind Rev 2 of the D/4870JCT-2T1 boards?

1) Is it admitted that the first revision of this card had some real problems with Hot Swap PCI slots?

2) Can someone give me a good way of determining whether my customer's D480 is Rev 1 or Rev 2? Is there a differing part number stamped on the card to make it obvious?
