Hi,

I have "inherited" a home made IVR using Proline 2/v and Microsoft Web Telephony Engine, using ASP scripts in VB.
The problem is if a customer hangs up the phone during a call, the system does not reset, and gives a busy signal next time you call. the only way around it is to stop and then start the webtelephony service, and it works again, till someone calls in.
Note the web telephony service does not hangup or stall, it seems to work well, however, to me it seems like the port does not hangup correctly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ray
